Helpful things
to know.

These guides use the English interface. Some features are available only when included in your account plan.

Do I need an account?

You can read the guides and open the examples without an account. Creating and managing your own QR codes, links and pages requires signing in. Create an account or sign in.

Where do I find my limits?

Open your account plan after signing in. It shows the features and usage limits available to your account.

What should I check before printing a QR?

Scan the final export and a printed sample at the intended size. If it is dynamic, preserve the connected short URL and domain. Read the testing steps.

Can I explore a result before creating one?

Yes. Open the demo café menu or the example bio page. Both are clearly identified demonstrations, not real businesses or customer results.

Where can I ask about my account or a limit?

Start with your account plan for the limits currently assigned to you. If something is unclear or you need help with a specific issue, contact VTX and describe what you were trying to do.
